Providing such materials to Wrought constitutes the Client's representation that the Client has the legal right and necessary authorization to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose.

Wrought reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, remove, discontinue, or refuse the use of any photograph, video, audio, illustration, likeness, AI-generated depiction, or other media depicting or representing a person under 18 years of age for any reason.

If alternative materials are required, the Client may be responsible for supplying suitable replacement content.

Violent Content Involving Individuals Under 18

Under no circumstances will Wrought knowingly use, create, edit, incorporate, or distribute photographs, video, illustrations, AI-generated imagery, or other visual media depicting or representing a person under 18 years of age as participating in, being subjected to, or being threatened with violence.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, depictions of physical assault, abuse, torture, serious physical injury, killing, or weapons being used or threatened against a minor.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the depiction is real, staged, fictional, illustrated, digitally altered, stock media, or generated using artificial intelligence.

Wrought may reject a project, creative direction, or Client-provided material if Wrought reasonably believes that it violates this policy.

Retention and Deletion of Media Involving Minors

Wrought may remove or delete Client-provided media depicting minors when the media is no longer reasonably necessary for the applicable project, subject to legitimate business, contractual, backup, recordkeeping, or legal requirements.
